SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed pending payment verification. Our collection jewelry pieces are in stock and require a 3-5 working day shipping window. All of our bespoke design pieces however are individually handmade and require a 21 days shipping window*.
At current Nova Diamonds Jewelry offers shipping worldwide.

Our shipping rates are as follows:
• Standard Shipping – Europe €50
• Standard Shipping – US/Canada €100
• Expedited messenger - price upon request
For added security, we require a signature for all orders. All items are shipped from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

novadiamondsjewelry.com does not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday or European holidays. We are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At this time, all sales on novadiamondsjewelry.com are eligible for merchandise credit only. This credit has an expiry date of one year from the date of the credit given.
Please send us an email at anouk@novadiamondsjewelry.com with any questions or concerns prior to placing your order as we are always happy to assistant wherever we can.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the date and time your order was placed. Returns must be received within 14 business days of receipt. Items must be without wear or damage and in the original packaging.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at anouk@novadiamondsjewelry.com within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.

Nova Diamonds Jewelry is currently sold exclusively via novadiamondjewelry.com only and we are therefore only responsible for pieces purchased directly from our website.
